Warranty Information

1. What’s Covered

We stand behind the quality of our products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

2. What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorised repairs
  • Consumable parts (e.g., batteries, bulbs)
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function

3. Warranty Period

All products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • Follow the product’s care and usage instructions

5. How to Make a Claim

  • Contact us and tell us which product you're claiming warranty for.
  • Provide your name, proof of purchase, a description of the fault, and photos/video if possible
  • We will respond within 3 business days with next steps
  • You may be required to return the product to our address so that we can send it to the manufacturer.

6. Remedies

If a product is found to be faulty, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product with an equivalent item
  • Provide a refund

7. Consumer Law Statement

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the remedies stated above.
